
Dr. Lillian Nabukeera Kaliisa is a Family Physician and Public Health Specialist with over 15 years of clinical experience serving patients in both rural and urban settings in Uganda and beyond. She currently practices at The Surgery Hospital, Naggulu, where she provides comprehensive primary care grounded in evidence-based medicine and patient-centred practice.
Dr. Lillian has a strong interest in women’s health, lifestyle-medicine, and stress-mediated illness, having observed that many common clinical presentations are influenced by emotional, social, and environmental factors. Her approach integrates thorough clinical assessment with an understanding of patients’ lived contexts, supporting improved diagnosis, adherence, and long-term outcomes.
In addition to her clinical work, Dr. Lillian is the founder of The Holistic Health Hub (H3 Services) and the developer of the VITAL-WISE™ framework, a physician-led model for sustainable living and whole-person health. She is also the host of the Hope Ignites Healing Podcast, where she translates clinical insight into accessible health education.
